Here is Beatrice's puppet skeleton.  Her bustle moves up and down by turning a bolt in the back of her skirt that raises and lowers a small scissor jack.  

Some work from visual development class - these are sketches of Gretel and the Witch set During the Depression in the Appalachian mountains.  I'd like to make puppets out of them one day...
